The www.dagasancam.com website (the “Site”) is operated by Dağaşan Cam İnşaat Malzeme Taahhüt San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti. (“Dağaşan Cam”). By using the Site you agree to the terms below. This is a translation provided for convenience; in case of any discrepancy, the Turkish version prevails.

1. Purpose of the Site

The Site presents Dağaşan Cam, its products and its production capabilities, and receives quote requests. Technical values, dimensions, images and descriptions on the Site are for general information; final product specifications may vary by order.

2. Quote requests

Quote requests sent through the Site are not binding orders or contracts. Prices, delivery times and other terms become final only with Dağaşan Cam's written quotation and the written approval of both parties.

3. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including logos, trademarks, photographs, videos, text and design, belongs to Dağaşan Cam or is used under licence, and is protected under Turkish Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works and related legislation. It may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or used commercially without Dağaşan Cam's written permission.

4. Acceptable use

When using the Site you agree:

• to enter accurate information that belongs to you in forms,
• not to submit requests on behalf of others or with misleading information,
• not to attempt to disrupt the Site, compromise its security or gain unauthorised access (including to the admin panel),
• not to send bulk requests using automated tools.

We reserve the right to take legal action in case of use contrary to these terms.

5. Third-party links and services

The Site contains links to third-party services such as Instagram, WhatsApp, Google Maps and e-payment. The e-payment link takes you to the page of a separate payment service provider where payments are collected; your payment details are not processed or stored on this Site. Those providers are responsible for the content, security and privacy practices of their services, and their own terms apply.

6. Limitation of liability

Dağaşan Cam takes care to keep the information on the Site accurate and up to date, but does not guarantee that the content will be complete, error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, Dağaşan Cam is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the Site, its temporary unavailability or linked third-party sites.

Personal data you share through the Site is processed in accordance with our Privacy Notice and Cookie Policy.

8. Changes

Dağaşan Cam may update these terms without prior notice. The current version takes effect when it is published on this page.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Amasya Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction over any disputes. For consumer transactions, the provisions of Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 on consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts are reserved.
